Withdraw information - If you choose to withdraw once you have registered, a full refund will be granted except for a $25 administration cost by 10/13/15. 50% refund will be granted for any withdraws between 10/13/15 and 11/6/15. All withdraws after 11/6/15 will not receive a refund. For special situations, exceptions can be made.
